Service Description
Welcome to The First Step - Intensive 3 month virtual coaching program. In this program you will have the opportunity to work on specific areas of yourself that you would like to be better with. This program will also focus on some particular areas such as overthinking, negative thinking, creating a productive self care routine, improving self emotional or physical vulnerability, personal conflict resolution and more. This program includes once a week 1 hr virtual sessions, once a week check in 15min call, and assessments. If your looking to make some specific changes within self, this is THE FIRST STEP.
Cancellation Policy
Canceled appointments must be done at least 2 hours before appointment. Appointment cost is Non Refundable and Non Transferable. Any appointment cancelation after the 2 hour mark will occur a $50 cancelation fee. Appointments can be rescheduled but only 2 hours before appointment time, if possible. ALL SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION WITHOUT NOTICE IF INVOICE FOR SESSION IS NOT PAID BY ASSIGN DUE DATE OF INVOICE.
